The ladies in the office were super nice, and I very much appreciated them allowing me to pay it out with post-dated checks. My only issue was the length of time for repairs. I was first told the care would be with you guys for 5 days, maybe a little more. It ended up being closer to 3 weeks. Every time I was told when it would be ready, there ended up being another reason it was not ready. In the future, maybe you guys should overshoot how long you will have the cars, and then when it takes longer than you actually anticipate, the customer will not be frustrated. I was just lucky to be able to drive my company car while repairs were being made. I was super limited in where I could drive it. That was a hardship I could have prepared for had I known or expected the repairs to take so long.
