I would save myself the embarrassment of sending a friend to a collision center with poor craftsmenship, skilled technician, and poor management, j wouldn't even send my worst enemy there, tbos body needs to look at YouTube and see how it is to finish and repair vehicle, my be best for the company to retrain this body shop, I see a lawsuit in the near future

The paint job was fixed. However, the new bumper hangs low slightly out of position, like the previously dented bumper. I think the original brackets were kept through the repairs. Not perfect but it does look better.

When I brought up the paint job, the manager came out and sent it back to the shop. It was fixed in about 10 minutes. Great work. I was less satisfied with the front desk. I waited on average 20 minutes each trip.

Jerry and Joseph helped ease my concerns regarding my brand new 2015 landcruiser that had a slight "hiccup" they answered both my husband and my concerns about paint match, future discoloration and overall worries about our new vehicle. I highly recommend automation collision for any "Bumps and bruises!"
