Well Im not satisfied because the back door of my rav4 where they fix it was left bad when it opens it grinds makes a very ugly noise and the hook where the lock is hooked is scraping and is hollowing every time I open it they left it bad and another thing they cleaned it to wash it and on the door inside they sprayed a white liquid that they did not clean it and left it like that and it stayed dry white color here I have the photos and they left tape that they stuck and there they left it

I must admit I was surprised to find the type of service provided matched what I expected to get. I’m not familiar with having my vehicle fixed from any damage occurring in an accident because this has never happened to me. I really didn’t know what to expect and I never thought that my insurance company and their recommended collision repair center would and did take care of everything. I was given updates from both throughout the repair and this alone contributed to my experience. I was confident that their integrity was on full display and they did not demonstrate nothing but a professional attitude.
