Happy with overall repair but had chips in paint when I initially went to pick up the car. They repaired the issue and overall satisfied with repair

Customer service was great from the estimate to the initial call to pick up my car. They were very communicative in giving me updates throughout the week. After I pointed out the paint issues at the initial “pick up” On Saturday . I felt the the communication was lacking - I had to make multiple calls to get status updates- didn’t hear from the rep I was working with until Wednesday when he called to tell me my car was ready again at which point they hadn’t addressed all of my concerns because he wasn’t aware.
