I was told 2-3, ended up being 6 1/2 weeks. They "lost" my number so I didn't get updates, even if I called. I was told everything was approved, mirror was damaged in the wreck but insurance apparently didn't approve it but didn't know that until we picked the car up. Again, I was told everything was approved and he said he'd call me if it wasn't. Customer service throughout the entire collision department is pathetic and shady.
