I was 100% satisfied except for the fact that when I receive my car back it had 0 miles to empty leaving me to push my car the rest of the way into the gas station across the street. It would have been great to be informed that I was out of gas or that I needed gas so I could have prepared accordingly.

Robert is the reason that I keep bringing my vehicles back to Invision or Autonation Collision Center. I have full faith, confidence and trust in Robert to do exceptional work, be honest and treat me fairly. I am quite the customer of Autonation and every time I have brought my vehicle to Robert for repair he has done it up right and that is why I keep coming back to him when I need body work done.

Extremely Satisfied and Very Well Pleased With The Quality Of The Repair To My Saturn. Robert went above and beyond the call of duty to obtain a front end clip for my 2007 Saturn Ion which allowed it to be repaired rather than totaled. For that I am extremely grateful to Robert for caring enough to meet my needs.

Excellent and Responsive Customer Service Received. Robert promptly and efficiently addressed all my questions and concerns. The only drawback was the length of time it took to get an estimate when the car was originally brought into the shop. It took over a week for an estimate to be prepared, as the shop was extremely busy at the time it was brought in.
