My prior experiences with AutoNation were excellent. This one was less than satisfactory. There was much confusion when I dropped the car off and miscommunication amongst the staff at the collision center - which required me to bring the car back then three days later to begin the repair process. They did not update me on the progress of my car without me calling them first. Then there was overspray on areas of my car that I had to deal with myself. I chose not to take it back there to deal with them.
