I am happy overall however I have tool marks around my Pontaic emblem that I am not very pleased with.

Greg Moore was our estimator and he kept me informed of every detail as the repair was being accomplished. Greg's knowledge, professionalism and communication skills coupled with the assistance and friendliness of the front desk staff rates the overall experience as "absolutely superb" in every respect. This is my second experience with the collision repair facility and both instances have made AutoNation facility my #1 choice for collision repairs --albeit, hopefully not to often!

Admittedly I was a little nervous about my repairs as I've never had to get body work done on my car before and I've read some less than positive reviews on this shop. However, I was very pleased with the friendliness and how helpful all the staff was. They even took time to walk me through my repairs and ensure I was happy, even though they were very busy. Although I hope I never have the need to get body work done again, if I do I will return to this shop.
