There is absolutely no way that I can rate anything above a 1 for my experience. I cannot even express the level of disappointment and frustration with this experience. My biggest bone of contention is that you "repaired" my hood when I specifically told you to "replace" it -- even if I have to cover the difference in cost. Freddy and I spoke at length about this, yet I learn on pickup (from Gin) that my hood was not replaced. Freddy seems to have dropped me and handed me off to others. I am unsure of where to turn to now -- very annoyed and upset.
