There were some spots of the bumper that had scratches still on it at the bottom. I thought it was mud when I picked up my car, but the next I was able to look at it closely and its actual scratches from the accident still present. They are small scratches but I can see them

Staff was always nice and pleasant. However the staff never called to give updates. I would have to call to ask how was everything going. And afterwards I was told they would give me a call back on a certain day and no calls… if I didn’t call I wouldn’t have none what was talking place or the eta for repairs
