Estimation process is way off. I would not trust that the repairs could be done without a big financial surprise at the end.

I have had two vehicles repaired at this facility. In both cases, the initial estimate was about 50% of what the final bill turned out to be. While there were all kinds of excuses why this happened, a good estimator should use his/her experience to come up with a better number. In one case, I picked AutoNation because their estimate was much more favorable than other ones I received, but in then end, the final bill was much more than the others.

I got frequent communications from customer service, but when I had a question and tried to reach them by phone, text or email, there was no answer. There is always someone at the switchboard I think, but she is not picking up the calls for others in the group. All my calls went unanswered.

Gave me my car the date they told me it was going to be ready. Roman kept calling me to update me on my car status every time. So glad I got my car fixed with Auto Nation Collison Center!

I rated a 7 only because of the customer service provided by Roman, without that I’d have rated a 3-4 due to poor quality of repair/painting.

Roman was really great to work with, the quality of the repairs however are lacking as the painting done on my truck is flaking and in need of repair. This is very inconvenient as I will be without a vehicle during this time (again).
