The team was terrific! I received a warm reception received upon entry. Jim kept me aware as repairs were in process and was available to answer any questions. Pickup was smooth and easy! I have no problems with the actual repair of my vehicle. It’s the small details that make a difference. My trip and fuel mileage calculations were reset. My average fuel mileage went from 16.7 mpg to 7.6 mpg. Was someone driving my vehicle? My seat adjustments were changed. It took me 2 days to get it back to the way I had it. The protective towels I had over the Dr. side seat had been removed, and placed behind the seat. Why? Was someone driving my vehicle? My air fresheners were removed from the a/c vents - stolen. Why? So someone else’s car could smell better? My vehicle should have been driven into the service bay, and back out. Period.
