The estimated was way off the final cost. . The job was done with skill, but the estimating process needs a complete revamping.

They did a very poor job on the initial estimate. The final cost was over $5k, almost exactly double the initial estimate. A shop with their extensive experience should be able to give more accurate estimates, unless they’re lowballing on purpose to get your vehicle in the shop and then pull a surprise on you.

I would have rated it higher but we had to leave the car extra days over the weekend so that we could make sure that the alignment was done. The consultant, Eric Guzman was great.

The truck repairs look great, as if the damages weren’t ever there. There was an incident that caused additional damage while at the shop but it was taken care of as promised. Overall the repairs were done and I’m happy with the outcome.
