I brought my vehicle to AutoNation Collision Center (#2049) to begin the repair process on May 2nd, 2020. Vehicle repairs was estimated to be completed on May 20th, 2020. Vehicle was repaired but with new damage as the vehicle came back with a cracked windshield. Vehicle was not fixed completely due to negligence of the mechanics responsible for fixing my vehicle until June 5th, 2020. Vehicle was returned back to me, the original owner; and picked up the following day on June 6th, 2020.
