I am so pleased with the repairs made to my car by the excellent staff at AutoNation Collision Center! It looks as good as new! Everyone was so nice, patient and kind to me. I was kept informed of the repair progress throughout the time it took to complete the repairs. The actual repair work looks good and it was done very quickly considering the amount of damage. However the car inside and outside were covered in dust, especially the dashboard was coated with it. This was disappointing when the message we received said the repair is completed and will be cleaned and ready for pick up….

I felt really taken care of as they handled all communication with the insurance company and were very patient in explaining timelines, repairs, and rentals. Joe Moye was terrific to work with. He always kept me up to date on my repair. Given all the “parts disruption” going on he finished the repair in great time. Receptionist Carolyn at the front desk was very helpful and professional. Would highly recommend shop to anyone!!
