Great customer service and communication offered by Joel Ibarra. There were many challenges and delays in approving replacement of my vehicle windshield but Joel Ibarra and AW Collision made it less stressful. Joel went above and beyond to contact my insurance company and adjuster many times to coordinate vehicle inspection/appraisal and approval.
