Did not give 10 because I filled out form that was supposed to be for person who receives texts and updates. It was the person who made appointment who ended up getting texts. This should have been updated when I was the one speaking to Shaw and communicating with him.

They di d a great job, was helpful, clear with how the process works and communicated well with the process of the car repair and when it would be done. I had one issue after picking up the car that they were able to resolve quickly.

Repair work is fantastic. However I would not recommend the agent I got.

Simple paint and bumper repair took longer than expected and the vehicle had to come back due backup sensors not having been recalibrated. Also having my dashcam dismantled both times for work that had nothing to do with it is unacceptable.
