The repair looks great but the lack of communication and commitment to a return date was extremely frustrating and made the experience very difficult. I shouldn't have to chase a representative to get a call back, a text or an update. My insurance paid the bulk before the car even arrived amd was not the cause of a delay on the supplemental request. It shouldn't have taken as long and I should have been given an update every couple days without having to call amd call amd text . Other than that, the car looks very good.

damage was successfully fixed. new damage was introduced when painting my hood. new damage was present at time of pickup and final payment. An agreement was made, that new damage would be fixed by AW collision but no further offer based on error and added inconvenience. Pedro - was professional and kind but his manager was not willing to help out in any other way.

the repairs looked great, customer service was great. New damage was introduced to the hood at AW Collision requiring additional work. The damage was agreed to be fixed at no additional cost but no other offers were provided for my inconvenience and damaging my vehicle. I came to AW from Santa Cruz because of the high level of work but this incident added much inconvenience to an the not at fault accident witch already requires my added time and effort.
