    "The repairs were good as new. The time required to do the repairs were unexpectedly quick. The collision advisor, Jeanne Brown, provided excellent service and help. She explained to me what was required to start the process. She called me frequently and provided updates on the progress of the repairs. When I was about to drive home with the Buick, she quickly came out of office and reminded me that I forgot to take the garbage opener out of the rental. That was appreciated. I recommend her for Employee of the Month and a well deserved pay raise!!"
