She called me frequently and provided updates on the progress of the repairs. When I was about to drive home with the Buick, she quickly came out of office and reminded me that I forgot to take the garbage opener out of the rental. That was appreciated. I recommend her for Employee of the Month and a well deserved pay raise!!"
