The repair work that was done was excellent. I took off one point because because my vehicle was in the shop for 2 months when I was told it would take approximately 3 weeks. Other than that, I am very pleased.

My experience with Aztec was awesome ! Service advisor Alexis was very polite and very professional. She explained the process with my estimate and deductible fees that I would be responsible for . I dropped my car on Monday and received a call from management named Ralph explaining to me that car is in shop and would send me updates via email. I was informed thru the week of my car estimate time of completion. I received email saying my car was ready for pick up today Friday 2-7-2025. I was very satisfied with my car repairs . My vehicle looks amazing and I was very happy with my over all experience.
