I was informed that the job was completed. The vehicle was delivered to our home by Aztec, following the “completion” of the job. The repair was, in fact, incomplete. After I inspected the job at my home, I promptly returned the vehicle to Aztec so the repair could be completed. Parts still needed to be ordered and installed. Repair was completed by Aztec the following day.

My car was in the repair shop for 10 days waiting for insurance approval to complete my repair job and no work was ever done to my vehicle because of many discrepancies and miscommunication with me and the the insurance agency.

Mr. R. Contreras did not work with me or the insurance to get my vehicle fixed. The job was all in his hands to satisfy me in fixing my car. He had the authority to get my car fixed but he went in favor of the insurance to refuse to pay my claim. My claim was unique and there was a grey area where assessment could have gone my way but Aztec did not work for me instead worked with the to not get my claim approved.
