I walked in, was not acknowledged. The man asked for my I'd, pulled up my info, printed some paperwork and walked out to get it. Gave me my I'd back, and asked for my deductible payment. I gave my card, he gave me a receipt to sign, then gave me the paperwork. I had to ask for my keys. Very unpersonal.

My truck was ready on time, this is very important to me. Aztec filed all the paperwork for my insurance company. Aztec also wash my truck to my surprise. I highly recommend Aztec chevrolet for all your bodywork.
