Prompt, courteous response but appeared to care more about what State Farm wanted than about us, the customers. Also, I would’ve expected a clean car upon return. In addition, I didn’t appreciate the pressure to pick up the car by the end of the day when I was notified after 4:30 pm that the car was ready.
