Although they the staff was very sweet, I did not get a new fender and am having to go back. I was looking forward to having everything done at the time. As a single working mother, it is hard to navigate not having a car.

The rental car that was issued to me was absolutely disgusting. It was a piece of junk that someone traded in that noone wasnted. It had been smoked in the smell was nauseating. Also it was very undependable as I was out of town and a bubble developed on one of the tires and left me stranded. This was reported and the response that was given was "well things happen". Obviously your rental car pool is not high priority. I was without my vehicle for 32 days. I had to call constantly to check on the status of it - yall never called me. I now have paint on my running boards and as a result, I WILL NOT authorize the supplemental claim to be paid until this is fixed to my standards.

The car needed an alignment that didn't get arranged until after I picked it up. The battery was not dead, it just needed to be charged. Other than these 2 items the repair itself looks good.
