I really liked all the personal interactions with the staff. I am not happy with how my suburban looks. I still have to bring back to have some things fixed, but I have to be prepared to give it back for an unknown amount of time, and need the vehicle to transport my disabled wife to appointments.

My truck looks like two different shades of its color. There are imperfections in the clear coat that will cause problems in the near future.

Everyone I had interactions with were extremely nice. Communication with the customer can be improved. I spent a lot of time just wondering, and I would finally call.

Price increased by a couple hundred dollars ($2k+) so it wasnt great. I also let them know I needed the car by a certain date, and I didnt even get a call to let me know if wasnt going to be ready by that day. I also paid out of pocket for a rental car.
