I think reviews should be honest, that being said I will give an example of how great customer service was. After a miss communication on the virtual estimate my phone call was returned and apologized for the mix up. It was handled in the upmost professional way. Once the truck dropped off I was kept up to date on progress very frequently. Stopped by to retrieved items from the truck and was greeted with good ole boy hand shake and friendly conversation. Once truck was finish it was even better than expected. The inside was detailed to new condition. Will definitely recommend B&Ds to all family and friends and will use again. Thanks for a job well done.

With giving reviews I give the good and bad. Calling B And D to set up work being done I was giving the wrong information. With in an hour I was contacted by B&D and things were corrected with sincere apologies. After dropping the vehicle off I felt I had made the right decision to use B&D. 4 days before expected finish date I was notified the vehicle was done. Upon pick up I was able to meet Shawn the guy behind the voice. Very professional, likable guy that was knowledgeable and very informative about the repairs that were performed. The truck not only was done better than expected. The truck came back clean and detailed like brand new. Good folks.
