Initial deadline was set for 2/27; however, consistent and contradictory communication through the shop's messaging system and an inaccurate preliminary inspection of damage caused several delays. State Farm covered my rental car, which maxed out at $1500 on 2/25. I had to pay out-of-pocket for my rental, thereafter. After receiving (in addition to other inaccurate and confusing messages) communication that my repair was finally complete on 3/3, and not until I had returned my rental car to Hertz right before they closed, I was told that another part needed to be ordered and my car would not be ready that day. I was unable to get back into the same rental car through Hertz, as that vehicle was already in transport to the airport and there were no available vehicles at that time. The office staff worked diligently to find a solution and were able to reserve a vehicle for me at Enterprise, which they have direct billing and were able to cover the cost of this rental. Additionally, the office staff went above and beyond for me and were able to get my previous rental covered. With all the delays and ambiguity, B&D Threefold completely redeemed themselves by taking extra steps to ensure my frustrations were not only heard and understood, but also took great care of me and did a fantastic repair job (I did have to replace the right taillight blinker, as they installed a white light instead of the correct yellow/orange light; all good). I will recommend B&D to others in need of body repair in the future. My only feedback is that communication between the shop, front desk and messaging platform be recalibrated to ensure smooth, consistent and accurate information is being conveyed. Thank you all for everything! Happy to have my car back!
