-Vehicle was dropped off on Monday 7 December 2020 and was not ready for pickup until the afternoon of Friday 18 December 2020 -Was not frequently updated on the status of the vehicle as previously accustomed to when dealing with this shop -Two weeks for paint and a door skin -I was adamant about checking the vehicle over and ensuring that it was ready before I picked it up; especially since I drove over 100 miles away to pick it up -When I picked the vehicle up; the driver side rear passenger window was down, the interior of the car was dusty and dirty, the trunk was dirty, the right rear passenger door was very noticeably misaligned, and there is a glue epoxy like substance smearing on the area between where the doors on the passenger side of the car meet in the middle -Had to pay a professional detail shop to clean the vehicle inside and out after pick up -This is a brand new car and based on my three previous collision repair experiences with this shop, I expected much better -Door gaps and misalignments around the right rear passenger side door window and rear bumper -Dent in the front hood and dings in the front bumper that were not there before -Paint over spray on the right rear bumper and front passenger side window -Additionally, this is also very disappointing, because the standard for a USAA Direct Repair Facility should be exponentially higher -This is supposed to be a Nissan Certified Body Shop -Took Numerous Pics of the Deficiencies and Irregularities -In the past, I have had three other vehicles repaired at this shop with absolutely outstanding customer service and unequivocally exceptional results; however, I am extremely upset and disappointed with my most recent repair experience at this shop -This experience has caused me to waste a lot of time and has greatly inconvenienced me
