I still have a issue with a rattling struts on my passenger side. I strongly believe that it was going on when I had bought the the jeep originally and took it back to the Anderson Ford South dealership and the auto service said that it was not much of an issue but the rattling has gotten worse I have informed the problem with my insurance company and waiting for their response

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I couldn’t be happier with my experience at B Street. I brought my brand-new car in after another driver unfortunately dinged it and left a scratch that went all the way through the paint. I was definitely nervous about having body work done on such a new vehicle, but they are Lexus certified and did an absolutely amazing job. You genuinely cannot tell there was ever any damage at all, it looks brand new again! The customer service was just as impressive as the repair itself. Ayana is wonderful and gave me a ride home when I dropped my car off, Nate kept me updated throughout the entire process, and everything was completed within just a few days. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience incredibly easy. I’m extremely pleased with both the quality of the work and the level of care they provided. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done, especially if you are particular about your vehicle like I am!

However, B Street communicated clearly about the repairs and provided realistic timelines, which made it much easier to plan around this unexpected situation.
