Communication was great! You took the time to explain and discuss questions I had several times. You were very patient and pleasant each time. I know you must have been busy, but never made me feel like you were stressed for time. You also regularly updated me on the progress of my repair. You were also very accommodating when I was without a vehicle, and needed a way to pick my car up when the people that were going to take me to pick it up were out-of-town. I was told that my car should be ready by March 26th, and I received a call on the 21st to let me know that it would be done that day. What a nice surprise! When I got my car back, the body looked just like the day I bought it new. Excellent job!
