Working with the team at B St. collision was great. They kept me informed the entire way they worked with the insurance company to get the estimates ready and approved. They estimated my car to be done in one to two weeks and got it done within four business days very fast and great service would 100% recommend them.

This repair process has been unnecessarily difficult. When I dropped off my car, I was told it would be completed by Friday, 5/4. I checked again last Friday to confirm the ETA and was told the timeline was still accurate. Based on that information, I made plans and am now in Norfolk. I was then told the car would be ready Wednesday, which also did not happen. If the car had actually been ready on Wednesday, I wouldn’t have been able to return my rental due to the shifting timelines. Additionally, every time I’ve been to the Chalco location, the front desk experience has been inconsistent. The secretary often seems unaware of scheduling or repair status. During a previous repair, she even told me I didn’t have an appointment until the next day—despite me showing her the text and voicemail she personally left confirming the date. It would be worthwhile for management to address these recurring communication and coordination issues. They’re creating avoidable frustration for customers and undermining confidence in the service.

Great experience from start to finish. Reagan was very informative and helped me navigate the process for getting the estimate for my damage. I was able to get a same day appointment and repairs were started and finish ahead of schedule. I am very impressed with the service I received! Thank you B Street for everything!

The team at B Street did an amazing job with communicating each step of the process with me. Letting me know the progress of where they were at. In addition to that, the work was projected to be done late April and they completed the project 10 days early. They worked very hard to get my car back to me and it looked tremendous, as if no damage was done to it.
