Overall customer service from EJ and B2 team was great, timely followup with Farmers, get the work done promptly. Only thing that took some time is due to lack of suspension tuning tooling with B2. They had to use 3rd party and Tesla and that prolonged the service.

I had such a great experience this shop! After being rear-ended, I was pretty anxious about the whole process, but Marco made everything so much easier. He was incredibly kind, communicative, and kept me updated every step of the way. He always took the time to answer my questions and made me feel genuinely taken care of. Marco and the team did an amazing job. My car came back looking brand new, and they even cleaned the interior and my headlights before returning it. I'm so grateful for the care and attention they put into everything. Highly recommend! Will definitely return and recommend :D
