Great service from staff and the owner (Ruben) is an awesome guy. He communicated well updating me on my repairs. Had my washed and detailed at delivery date. I’ve brought my car to Balboa Collision Center for my past several incidents unfortunately because of the service they provided. Highly recommend you to take your car there for repair.

I picked up my car and left the rental with you on 10/21/24 with a full tank of gas and you all used the car without permission, on my dime for five days. You returned it on 10/25/24 with low gas. I was billed for all of this ($350). Unacceptable. If almost call it theft. Will never return and neither will all of my family and friends.
