Had a VERY STRANGE ISSUE with PAYMENT PROCESS. Discover/CapitolOne credit card declined YOU THE VENDOR. Said it had nothing to do with me but "page (whatever) on their policy states that CapitolOne reserves the right to deny payment to any chosen vendor. !!!!! I was stuck at the body shop and Very Luckily was able to transfer funds and pay cash. The staff had never heard/had that happen before, and I certainly haven't either. The credit card service rep couldn't give me a reason- just kept repeating the policy paragraph.
