Naomi. Our customer service representative was fantastic and took care of everything for me from scheduling repairs, to a loaner, to talking with my insurance company to even reconnecting with our insurance when additional damage was found on our truck from a hit and run accident. She kept us in the loop on everything with her calm reassuring voice. With service people like that, Im sure to return and tell others about my positive experience. It felt so good to be pampered in a stressful time and taken care of. Thank you
