Don’t send emails about when the vehicle is supposed to be done. I got an email that my vehicle was to be finished in JULY 30 and it wasn’t done for another week.

Barnes Body Shop did an amazing from customer service to repairs to car rental. The first day I dropped off my car, I got a car rental the car they had given me, I got it home and there was an issue with it. They made it right by bringing me another car rental to my home. They were so pleasant to work with. When I picked up my car when it was done, the lady I talked to and finalized everything answered a few questions of mine and had told me a few things I didn't even think of. I will be using this company from here on out.

Did great work on my car. Just no communication. I sent my car up with a tow truck and never heard from the shop until the day my car was done, unless I called them to ask for updates.
