Barnes not getting the car done when they said it would be done was out of their control so I'm sure if there wasn't a computer issue that came along with the repair it would have been done when they originally thought it would be. however, it was only kept just a few extra days which wasn't a problem at all. and they were very open and honest the entire time I would definitely use them again if needed!
