There was an issue when I first went to pick up Mazikeen they fix it then when I went to get her the next time it was computer stuff and the went above & beyond to reprogram it. Totally go to Bates!!!

I had a repair done late last year and excellent job was done. It was raining today but as far as I can tell the repair job was fine. I will look at it more closely tomorrow but not anticipating any problem. Bates does excellent work.

Bates did a fantastic job repairing my car and after talking with Dwayne, Jennie and Michelle I'm convinced that customer service is a top priority at Bates collision center which is definitely refreshing. Also I got a gift from babes of $50 just for asking about free money which is definitely a plus
