I was incredibly impressed with the service I got at Bates when I had my vehicle in for repairs after being rear-ended. Jen was very helpful in helping me deal with the other driver's insurance company, and Dwayne kept me updated on the status of the repairs. I could not be any more pleased with the service I received!

Very friendly staff! They were very helpful with insurance claim process. Repairs were done very timely and we were kept up to date throughout the process. Truck looked great and was clean, even the engine. Would highly recommend Bates Collinson Center!
