The team at Bates kept me informed about my repairs starting day 1. Any delays in the process were met with a phone call from Dwayne explaining the situation. When I went to pick up my car, I was greeted immediately by 3 employees. Michelle went out to make sure my car met their standards before pulling it around. Car was detailed and looked brand new. I wouldn't trust anyone else but Bates with my vehicles!
