Bates Collision has served the Erie area since 1982 with the highest quality collision repair for domestic and foreign vehicles. We have grown over the years and we are now located in beautiful Harbor Creek Township on Buffalo Road. Our new facility occupies over 20,000 square feet and is home to the most state-of-the-art collision repair equipment. Our technicians are I-CAR trained and our painters are PPG certified. We are part of the Ford Certified Collision Network and the Subaru Certified Collision Network.

Bates was a pleasure to work with. They had the rental car lined up for pick up and drop off at their facility. They took their time with my car and made sure everything was factory correct with factory parts family members have used them in the past and recommended them to us and we will continue to use them for any car repairs we need in the future.
