The only drawback I experienced were as follows: 1. Long lead time to get an appointment for repair 2. Rather long period for you to get the parts for repair 3. During the time of ordering parts to when parts arrived it would have been better if you updated me once per week even if nothing changed. Other than that I was completely satisfied.

You all did a super job! I am grateful that you allowed me to find the one part that was back ordered at your contract dealer, at another dealer in OR and used that. Otherwise, with the availability of parts for the Ford Bronco, it could have been until spring when my car was back to me whole. Thank you again! PS - you may want to suggest that to owners if there is a long waiting line for parts with your conractors.
