I was told to leave the rental and enterprise will pick up. When l got there l was told they don't do that. I called enterprise and they picked up the vehicle. I had to wait a long time because your credit card machine was down.

Great people to work with. Our insurance agent at StateFarm and Baumann Auto worked together seamlessly without any envolment on my part except to keep us abreast of progress. This was originally deemed an accident claim but these two discussed it and informed us that a comprehensive claim would elliminate any co-pay on our part. As far as their workmanship goes; flawless! No evidence that anything ever happened to my wife's car.
