The vehicle was repaired quickly and the cost was priced lower than another quote I had gotten from another repair shop. After I picked up the car I noticed a mark on the front bumper so took back to the repair shop and they buffed it out the best they could. You can still see the mark but not as noticeable.

The mechanical work done one the vehicle was not done properly. After getting the car back we discovered the heat is no longer working the way it should, the steering is not working properly and the check engine light is coming on. When I brought the car back to the mechanics that performed the work I immediately got the excuse “We are a Chevy dealer, not a Jeep dealer.” So rather than helping to find a resolution to the problem they chose to take the lazy way and throw their hands up. If the Chevy mechanics know nothing at all about repairing a Jeep why did the body shop send it to them rather than the Jeep dealer right down the street? I buy a new Chevy truck every 4 or 5 years . I have used their Chevy service department before but now they have totally turned me off from using their service department even for a simple oil change.
