It’s not a big thing, but when they replace the windshield they did not put my : 1.)toll tag back on there and it was a brand new toll tag $50.00 they forgot to put bk on. 2.) When they were cleaning the inside of the jeep from the shattered glass the WeatherTech emblems came off of all three of the mats

Updates were short coming. There was no one to go over new parts or what had been done to the old. The car looks amazing, it just scares me a bit

I was told by Monte that he contacted customers on Tuesdays & Thursdays with updates but in the 84 days my car was in body shop not once did he call me. I always had to initiate the call. I do understand the parts were on back order is why it took so long.
