Ian, his guys and his secretary Shana went above and beyond — they handled everything for us, from the repairs to the rental car. They made sure everything was in order, kept us updated throughout the process, and even coordinated directly with Enterprise so the rental car was delivered right to the shop. For the get go, my entire experience was a very pleasant one. Called and took the car for estimates; very accommodating and didn’t need to make an appointment for a few days. Ian was very professional and went over everything and explained what he couldn’t determine till the car was opened up and exact costs determined. Scheduled and dropped off car; rental was arranged for and took 5 minutes. It did take a little over a couple of weeks due to the bumper not being available from one source; was updated regularly and obtained through another source. Even took out some other minor damages that were not related. Shana also called and updated and accommodate pick up as scheduled. Car rental return was also flawless; bayport arranged for seamless return. The body works seems very good. Will tell with time; however guaranteed for life. Was surprised to see all 5 star reviews on Google. Now I can see why. Had also gotten estimates from another body shop which has multiple locations regionally in the northeast. Process of trying to get an appointment and then have assignment sent over was a drawback as compared to Bayport. Decided to stay local and stick with bayport. Very glad with my decision. Kudos to Ian, Shana and Ben.
