I still have dents and scrapes down the side of my truck, and my locks don’t work from the inside of the vehicle now.

That’s a tough one. Billie was great. Our friends think the world of you. I just can’t say I will even remember you if someone asks because somebody working on the hail damage can’t see white spots. Tiny but many. My eyes aren’t that great and I could see them very well. As I cleaned I found more area than just the door panel.

I’m not sure that I would bring another car or truck in here for hail damage. The estimate wording left us wondering about the high cost of materials (I believe, not parts). The work seems good enough. The black dash side and the door panel on the drivers’ side came out with white specks. Some came off easier than others. Billie was sweet to offer to clean it but the entire dash and door panels needed cleaned. The dust probably helped keep part of the white stuff easier to pick off. Some took vigorous scrubbing.

I actually scheduled a quote from another body shop in ponca before going to b&d. The guy just looked at my pickup for maybe 2 minutes and wrote a few things down on a napkin and said he would call me the next day. This was a preferred shop from my insurance as well. After not hearing anything, I called them. I got asked if I he had even looked at my pickup. Then was told he would find the paperwork and call me right back. Never heard from him. So I called again and got told he is out of the shop for a long weekend and would get back to me. I went strait to b&d Monday morning and was treated like a king!! I am super glad I ended up there. They took photoes, scanned the vin and had a professional estimate prepared within the hour!! I really like the text with updates. Picked up my truck today and couldn't be happier! Looks better than new!! You will definitely have my business again when needed. Thank you
