Doug had repaired my wife's 2007 MKX when a guy pulled out in front of her in Tulsa 5 years ago. There again he said it would probably be middle of February and we received it 10 days sooner than quoted. When traded it off dealership couldn't tell what had been damaged.

Had hit a deer early in the morning 1/31/22 had truck towed to B & D . Doug had estimate done early afternoon. Told us probably 6 weeks out . Talked to him on the 15th and was told most parts were there hopefully have it out a little earlier than expected Called Monday 2/28/22 saying it was ready.Doug has always done us right and vehicle was cleaned inside and out. Never had any doubt where to take it . Thanks again Doug for the speedy return and great workmanship
