Doug noticed more that was wrong with it than the other people in town so his attention to detail is what made us choose B&D and then the lady at the front desk was very polite in answering questions I had. And the guys in the back that did the hands on work did a wonderful job and was super quick with it!

Doug and his crew did an excellent job. My car looks wonderful and it was done in a timely manner. I was expecting 10-12 days and it was done in 4. And fixing the housing on the drivers seat that was broken when I bought it 3 years ago was a bonus. Thank you all for your hard work. You are greatly appreciated!!!!

You were able to add a large claim with my help claim to get the truck in as soon as possible. In the large picture the truck was finished in a decent timeframe and I don’t have any issues. The team also did what they could to get me the truck back on Friday to help me with the rental. The inside was full of a fine powder but I didn’t give the team adequate time to clean it when I picked it up. I haven’t found any dings or marks on the outside nor have I found any dirty stains on the inside which I greatly appreciate. I may have a follow up with some trim but other than that I am very pleased and will recommend B&D to others. The experience was very personalized with the owner speaking to customers.

B&D Collision did a far better job on my car than I ever expected. I heard a different shop in town was the best so previously I’ve gone there, however B&D Collision was far superior in their work. I will never use anyone else from this point on. The customer service outshines as well. Great job B&D Collision!
